Value Plus

Value Plus is Sierra Dental Care's reduced fee-for-service program, available to individuals and families that do not have dental insurance. Our fees for most general dental services are annually set at 20% below the average fees* charged by Valley Dentists**.

How to Participate:

Your Initial Visit Fee insures the Value Plus savings on all listed procedures and covers the entire cost of your first exam, x-rays, diagnosis, and tooth cleaning.

To participate simply make an appointment by calling 800-813-1141 and pay your Fist visit Fee the day of your appointment.

First Visit Fees:

• $110.00 for Member
• $175.00 for member + spouse
• $60.00 for each additional dependent
